DESCRIPTION:NEI3A recognizes the importance of caregiver support and is hos
 ting monthly in-person support group meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each
  month from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Elkader Public Library located at 130
  N. Main Street in Elkader. This is a free and inclusive group\, welcoming
  all caregivers of persons with chronic illness or disability\, including 
 new caregivers. No reservations are needed. If you are interested in the m
