  Steps for Older Adults (HSOA) class in Cresco this May to help adults 50+
  stay safe\, active\, and confident.\nThis evidence-based program includes
 :✔️ Fall risk screening✔️ Tips for safer footwear and home safety
 ✔️ Nutrition guidance for bone health✔️ Simple exercises to improv
 e strength and balance✔️ Practical strategies to help prevent falls\n
 📅 Monday\, May 11⏰ 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.📍 Cresco Public Library3
 20 N. Elm Street\, Cresco\, IA\n🍽 Lunch is provided\, and participants 
 will receive a comprehensive program handbook to take home.\n💲 The clas
