DESCRIPTION:(NEI3A) is hosting Healthy Steps for Older Adults (HSOA) classe
 s in Dubuque. HSOA is an evidence-based fall risk screening and education 
 class for adults aged 50 and over focusing on fall prevention\, covering t
 opics such as proper footwear\, safety at home\, good nutrition for bone h
 ealth\, and the importance of exercise. Participants will also learn at-ho
 me exercises to improve strength and balance.\n\nBy participating in the H
 ealthy Steps for Older Adults program\, you can equip yourself with the kn
 owledge and skills to lead a full and active life\, free from the fear of 
 falling. The class is scheduled for Thursday\, October 10\, from 9:00 a.m.
  to 2:30 p.m. at the Lifetime Center\, 3505 Stoneman Road\, Dubuque\, IA 5
 2002. Lunch will be provided\, and each participant will receive a compreh
 ensive program handbook filled with valuable information. The classes are 
 available with a suggested contribution of $25. To secure your spot\, plea
