Participant s will also learn at-home exercises to improve strength and balance.\n\nBy participating in the Healthy Steps for Older Adults program\, you can equ ip yourself with the knowledge and skills to lead a full and active life\, free from the fear of falling. The class is scheduled for Tuesday\, June 10\, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Hills &\; Dales Lifetime Center\, 3 505 Stoneman Road\, Dubuque\, IA 52002. Lunch will be provided\, and each participant will receive a comprehensive program handbook filled with valu able information. The classes are available with a suggested voluntary con tribution of $25. Scholarships are available for those who request financi al assistance.
