 r adults aged 50 and over. This program focuses on fall prevention and inc
 ludes essential topics such as selecting proper footwear\, ensuring safety
  at home\, maintaining bone health through good nutrition\, and the crucia
 l role of exercise. Participants will also be guided through at-home exerc
 ises to enhance strength and balance. By joining\, you'll gain valuable kn
 owledge and practical skills to live a full\, active life without the fear
  of falling.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe class will be held on Thursday\, O
 ctober 24\, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Lamont City Hall\, 644 Bush Str
 eet\, Lamont\, Iowa 50650. Enjoy a provided lunch and receive a detailed p
 rogram handbook packed with helpful information. A suggested contribution
