 why Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) is bringing the Healthy St
 eps for Older Adults class to Maquoketa!\n\nThis evidence-based program fo
 r adults age 50+ focuses on simple\, practical ways to reduce fall risk an
 d stay safe at home and in the community. Participants will learn about:\n
 ✔️ Proper footwear\n✔️ Home safety tips\n✔️ Nutrition for stro
 ng bones\n✔️ The importance of regular exercise\n✔️ Easy at-home e
 xercises to improve strength and balance\n\n📅 Monday\, April 20\n⏰ 9:
 30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.\n📍 Hurstville Interpretive Center\n18670 63rd Str
 eet\, Maquoketa\, IA\n\n🥪 Lunch will be provided\, and participants wil
 l receive a program handbook.\n\n💲 A suggested voluntary contribution o
 f $25 helps support the program\, and scholarships are available for those
