DESCRIPTION:Healthy Steps for Older Adults is an evidence-based fall risk s
 creening and education class for adults aged 50 and over focusing on fall 
 prevention\, covering topics such as proper footwear\, safety at home\, go
 od nutrition for bone health\, and the importance of exercise. Participant
 s will also learn at-home exercises to improve strength and balance.\n\nBy
  participating in the Healthy Steps for Older Adults program\, you can equ
 ip yourself with the knowledge and skills to lead a full and active life\,
  free from the fear of falling. The class is scheduled for Tuesday\, May 6
 \, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Stonehill Wellness Center\, 3485 Windsor
  Avenue in Dubuque\, IA 52001. Lunch will be provided\, and each participa
 nt will receive a comprehensive program handbook filled with valuable info
 rmation. The classes are available with a suggested voluntary contribution
  of $25. Scholarships are available for those who request financial assist
