 east Iowa Area Agency on Aging’s Making Meals Easy workshop. Making Meal
 s Easy is a group cooking workshop where you will learn how to prep freeze
 r meals for two for a healthy\, delicious meal that you can easily prepare
  anytime.\n\nThis workshop will help you learn easy tricks to improve nutr
 ition in a fun environment. During the workshop\, you will work together a
 s a group to prepare delicious meals such as cranberry pork & green beans\
 , cool ranch chicken tacos\, ravioli lasagna\, and many more! All meals wi
 ll be ready to take home and freeze following the workshop.\n\nMake plans 
 to attend this fun and informative workshop! Anyone can sign up to attend\
 , but if you wish to prepare and take home the meals\, the cost will be $5
 0.00 ($3.20 per meal). Class will be held on October 30 and November 6 fro
