 ng. Each event is free to the public. The following services and resources

  will be available on a walk-in basis only with no appointment needed:\n\n
  	COVID-19 (for 2024-2025 season)\n 	Flu\n 	RSV\n 	Shingles\n 	Pneumococca
 l\n\nSave time by completing a vaccine consent form in advance to bring to
  your Senior Wellness Day.\nDownload the Vaccine Consent Form\n\nIndividua
 ls ages 60+ who get a COVID-19 vaccine at a Senior Wellness Day event will
  receive a $20 Hy-Vee gift card (while supplies last)\,** courtesy of the 
 Iowa Area Agencies on Aging.\n\nFree A1C Screenings\nGet screened for pred
 iabetes or type 2 diabetes with a free A1C screening\, available while sup
 plies last. This simple test will measure your average blood sugar levels 
 over the past three months (no fasting required). You can also learn about
  other nutritional services available at Hy-Vee.\n\nFinancial Resources\nE
 xplore financial services available through Midwest Heritage\, including f
 raud protection tools\, checking and savings accounts\, Certificate of Dep
 osits with competitive rates\, financial planning\, home and automobile in
