DESCRIPTION:Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a gentle exercise 
 that helps improve strength\, balance\, coordination\, and flexibility. It
 ’s a relaxing form of movement derived from Chinese martial arts\, and i
 t’s ideal for older adults. This type of exercise is proven to reduce th
 e risk of falls.\n\nNortheast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) is offerin
 g Tai Chi classes in Decorah from August 4 through October 2\, 2025. Class
 es will be held at Aase Haugen’s Vennehjem Independent Living Community 
 (1102 Nordic Drive\, Decorah\, IA 52101) every Monday and Thursday from 10
 :00 to 10:45 a.m.\n\nFor those aged 60 and older\, the suggested contribut
 ion is $4.00 per class. For anyone under 60\, the fee is $4.00 per class.
