 ling? We have a solution for you!\n\nTai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Preven
 tion is a gentle exercise that helps improve strength\, balance\, coordina
 tion\, and flexibility. It’s a relaxing form of movement that comes from
  Chinese martial arts\, and it’s perfect for older adults. This type of 
 exercise is proven to reduce the risk of falls.\n\nNortheast Iowa Area Age
 ncy on Aging (NEI3A) is offering Tai Chi classes in New Hampton from Septe
 mber 8 through October 30\, 2025. Classes will be held at the New Hampton 
 Public Library (20 W. Spring Street\, New Hampton\, IA 50659) every Monday
  and Thursday from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m.\n\nThere is a voluntary contribution 
 of $4.00 per class. Scholarship assistance is available for those with fin
 ancial need. Space is limited\, so please register by September 3 by conta
