 ve. NW\, Waukon\, IADates: Mondays &amp\; Thursdays\, Feb. 2 - Apr. 2Time:
  2:00–3:00 p.m.\nParticipants will enjoy guided walks\, gentle stretchin
 g\, strengthening exercises\, and health education designed to make physic
 al activity part of daily life.\nBenefits include reduced pain and stiffne
