Now Hiring: Resource Library Assistant

 

NEI3A is seeking a detail-oriented Resource Library Assistant to support the Senior Medicare Patrol Resource Center and SHIP Technical Assistance Center. This fully remote position will help maintain online resource libraries, update digital content, assist users, and support website, mobile app, and training platform materials.

 

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, experience with online content systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This position plays an important role in keeping valuable resources accurate, accessible, and easy to use.
