Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) is pleased to announce that additional vouchers are now available for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program.

Each eligible senior will receive $50 in vouchers to spend at local farmers markets through October 31 on fresh fruits and vegetables.

To qualify, individuals must:

• Be age 60 or older
• Live within NEI3A’s service area
• Have a household income at or below 185% of the federal poverty level

Applications can be submitted online at https://sfmnp.fillout.com/apply or by calling 800-779-8707 to request a paper application.

Vouchers are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Vouchers must be distributed by September 30.
