Request for Proposals: Legal Services for Older Iowans
NEI3A is seeking proposals to provide quality legal advice, representation, and referrals to Iowans aged 60+ with the greatest social and economic need in 18 counties.
Services must include:
- Legal advice and representation in priority areas include legal assistance related to income, health care, long term care, nutrition, housing, utilities, protective services, defense of guardianship, abuse, neglect and age discrimination. 307.(a)(11)(E).
- Community legal education targeting older Iowans focused on the priority issues above.
- Outreach activities to ensure effective reach to the target population
Proposal Deadline: May 15, 2026, by 12:00 PM
Contract Period: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
