Caregiving can be rewarding—but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. If you are caring for an older adult or someone with a chronic condition, this FREE six-week class can help you gain the skills and confidence you need while also taking care of yourself.

During this workshop, caregivers will learn practical tools to:
✔ Reduce personal stress
✔ Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers
✔ Recognize and manage difficult emotions
✔ Change negative self-talk
✔ Make difficult caregiving decisions with confidence
The class is free, but space is limited to encourage discussion and support.
