🧘 Improve Your Balance with Tai Chi!

Is your balance not as good as it used to be? Worried about falling? We have a solution!

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a gentle, relaxing form of exercise that helps improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Rooted in Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi is especially beneficial for older adults and has been proven to help reduce the risk of falls.

📍 Location: LaPorte City Community Center
300 First Street, La Porte City, IA 50651

📅 Dates: April 8 – May 29, 2026
🕘 Time: Wednesdays & Fridays from 9:00–10:00 a.m.
Note: During the first full week of May, classes will be held Monday, May 4 and Friday, May 8 instead.

💲 Cost: Voluntary contribution of $4 per class
(Scholarships available for those with financial need.)
