🌿 Tai Chi in the Park – Free Community Event Series! 🌿
Join Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) this June for a relaxing and energizing Tai Chi in the Park series! These free outdoor sessions are a great way to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being—while connecting with your community.
🧘 What to Expect:
• Gentle Tai Chi warm-ups and movements
• Easy-to-follow basic forms
• Cool-down stretches
• No experience needed—perfect for all ability levels!
🕚 Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
📍 Locations & Dates:
• June 4 – Kessel Park, Cresco
• June 11 – Waukon City Park, Waukon (meet by the wooden play structure)
• June 18 – Phelps Park, Decorah (meet by the shelter on the right side of the road)
• June 25 – Monona City Park, Monona
