Improve Your Balance, Strength & Confidence with Tai Chi!

Looking for a gentle, enjoyable way to stay active this fall? Join Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention in Maquoketa!

Tai Chi uses slow, controlled movements that are easy to learn and can help improve balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and confidence—all while helping reduce the risk of falls. Classes are designed with older adults in mind and are suitable for a variety of fitness levels.

What to expect:
• Gentle, easy-to-learn movements
• Exercises to improve balance and stability

• A relaxed and supportive environment
• An enjoyable way to stay active!

A voluntary contribution of $4 per class is suggested. Scholarship assistance is available for those with financial need.
