Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a FREE six-week class designed to help caregivers reduce stress, improve communication, make tough decisions, and take better care of themselves. You will learn tools to help you:
✔ Reduce personal stress
✔ Change negative self-talk
✔ Communicate effectively with family & providers
✔ Handle difficult emotions
✔ Make confident caregiving decisions
