Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention

NEI3A is offering Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention classes in McGregor from September 30 through November 21, 2024. Classes will be held at McGregor Community Center (330 North St., McGregor, IA 52157) each Monday and Thursday from 10:45 to 11:30 a.m.

This class is offered on a $4.00 suggested contribution per class for those aged 60 and over. For participants under age 60, there will be a $4.00 charge per class.  Space is limited, and registration is required.  Please register by calling Patty Scholtes at 319-361-4890 or email pattysholtes@gmail.com by September 23.
