The Journey Through Grief and Loss

When someone you love dies, you experience a variety of emotions, and many factors can affect your grief reaction. Join the Northeast Iowa Area on Aging (NEI3A) for a presentation with Nathan Schutt, Cedar Valley Hospice Clinical Services Manager, as he discusses how everyone’s grief journey is unique and what to expect from processing your internal response to the death of someone close to you. Also, with the holidays drawing near, he will talk about how to navigate grief during this time as the holidays often can emphasize a person’s grief.
