The Iowa Return to Community Program has done exactly what it should have. Their family member was emotionally and physically in a slump when they started the program, and for a while the family didn’t think that they were going to be able to continue living at home. But then NEI3A stepped in. The timing of the services was just right, and their family member was a lot happier now. They appreciated the assistance.
