Join Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging for Healthy Steps for Older Adults (HSOA), an evidence-based class designed to help adults age 50+ reduce their risk of falling and stay active, safe, and independent.
You’ll learn:
• How to identify your personal fall risks
• Tips for safer footwear and home safety
• Nutrition for healthy bones
• Simple exercises to improve strength and balance

🍽️ Lunch and a program handbook are included.
A suggested voluntary contribution of $25 helps support the program, and scholarships are available upon request.
