Want to improve your balance and stay active? Join A Matter of Balance, a free, award-winning workshop from Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) to help older adults reduce fall risks and boost confidence. Over 8 weekly sessions, you’ll learn to build strength, set activity goals, make your home safer, and manage fear of falling.
Classes: Wednesdays, June 11–July 30, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM
Location: Greene Community Center, 202 W. South St., Greene, IA

Each attendee gets a training manual.
