Is your balance not what it used to be? Worried about falling? Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a gentle, effective way to build strength, improve coordination, increase flexibility, and reduce your risk of falls—all in a calm, supportive environment.
Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) is excited to offer this 8-week program in Traer!

💲 Cost: Voluntary contribution of $4.00 per class
